Arthur Rank Trade Ad with striking artwork.Measuring 11inches x14inches aproximately these Rank British Trade Ads were produced in the 1950's to promote upcoming films and were similar in appearance to that of a Lobby Card. The artwork that appeared on them represented works by some of the best poster artists at the time.On the reverse of the front art was a synopisis of the film and its prospects.Today they are very collectible due to the striking artwork and their place in cinema history.Dance, Little Lady is a 1954 British drama film directed by Val Guest and starring Terence Morgan, Mai Zetterling, Guy Rolfe and Mandy Miller. The film was made by independent producer George Minter and distributed by his Renown Pictures. It was shot in Eastmancolor at the Walton Studios near London. The film was a "money maker" at the British box office in 1954.
